On the 8th of March 2008 I started this blog as a newbie audiophile and a great music lover. My computer system had recently crashed and as a result of a fresh installation of Windows XP found myself with the job of rebuilding my audio video library. I set about the task of searching the web for the best software, freeware or otherwise to fill my audiophiliac needs.
Take a note that I am no high-end, uber-rich, high tech audiophile that spends thousands on hardware. In fact, at the time of writing I don't even own a sound card, even my speakers are low-end stuff. I try to get the best out of my system with great software which is what this blog will primarily be about.
